Early 1925 Gibson Mastertone 3 Banjo

A very early Gibson Mastertone Banjo is now on Ebay at a high bid of over $14,000.
I believe that this is one of the most sought after Banjos ever made because of its mastertone tone ring.

Fender FB-59 Banjo w/case for only $499

Fender's best banjo, the FB-59 has gold hardware, rosewood fingerboard, walnut back and sides, walnut neck, mother-of-pearl position inlays, a brass tone-ring (earlier models had a diecast tone ring), Ivory Colored Tuning Gear Buttons, Clam Shell Tail-Piece, 1-Piece Flange and Tube, and 24-Piece Bracket. This deal also includes a hardshell case and free shipping to anywhere in the U.S.
Retail is $1285.

This is a once-in-lifetime deal for someone interested in upgrading
or simply buying a banjo for the first time because lower quality banjos
are more expensive than the Fender's best Banjo, the FB-59.
